Alfrus is a page of history dating back to 1885, located in the heart of Apulia, which has always been the “land of almonds”.
In this Region where every spring is colored with white and pink petals reaching all the shades of the sunset, Alfrus shares the history of its production with the Sisto family.
At the beginning of the 1980s, Puglia was known for sun, hard work, majestic olive trees and, of course, almonds. Three children grow up surrounded by that scent, bittersweet powder on their clothing, games and jokes till sunset.
Leonardo, Domenico and Michele spent their days with their father Ambrogio, who always worked with almonds with passion.
Over the years, the innocence of childhood turned into curious eyes which became experts, almonds deeply sealed in their hearts.
At the age of twenty, the three brothers were already running the company. And while they took their almonds to every part of Italy, they established relationships of trust.
Alfrus is by now a reality known throughout the almond processing industry. The passage to high technology comes with business success.
