We always peel, cut, slice, sift and roast all our almonds with cutting-edge equipment, according to the standards of a Smart Factory 4.0. At the same time, however, we are careful to safeguard the original flavour of our products. And its nutritional properties.

ALMOND PROCESSING STAGES: AUTHENTIC TASTE GUARANTEED

You can recognize our almonds’ quality at first sip.

Their taste and texture are different from any other, and vary according to the intended use. Our main customers, coming from food and confectionery industries, always ask for customized processed almonds, that must be “calibrated” down to the millimetre. And so, we do our best to satisfy them.

In our almond processing factory, therefore, we carry out only natural manufacturing procedures, including the ones which involve shelling and roasting. Nothing must be left to chance.

NATURAL ALMOND SHELLING STAGES

Our natural sweet-shelled almonds are boiled in hot water, and then we remove their skin with our ood-grade rubber rollers.

Once all the almonds become perfectly dry and cool, they are ready to be sent to our sorting machines and  sieves, so that we can cut them into the sizes required by our customers.

TOASTING PROCESS THAT TAKES CARE OF ALMONDS

Roasting can be stressful for almonds so that it can cause a change in their taste, aroma, and texture. But not in our almond processing factory.

In order to protect the authentic flavour of our almonds without artificial changes, we process them in a state-of-the-art roasting oven. It is a four-stage oven that preheats, roasts and keeps under control the temperature until their complete cooling.

The whole process is carried out through gradual stages and it varies according to the roasting degree requested by our customers.

In fact, all our roasted almonds have taylor-made sizes and skin colour, relating to the specific requests of food and confectionery industries. We offer a final product with a uniform colour and unique flavour.
