In order to be excellent, all our almonds must obtain quality certification. This is why we have implemented a brand new quality system that ensures our customers and final consumers an excellent and safe ingredient for their food-production.

HIGH QUALITY ALMONDS, OUR PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY CERTIFIED
Here at Alfrus, we believe that the quality of raw material is the most important thing that keeps our processing stages safe and healthy.
However, this is not enough to produce an excellent almond ingredient for food industry, so that we must be attentive to respect and preserve almonds natural components and texture along the entire processing lines.
In other words, we must process any kind of almonds without causing any damage to their organoleptic and nutritional features. Our high quality almonds are, in fact, the result of a complex interconnected production and processing systems.
We carry out several quality tests on our almonds, in order to select only the best ones and eliminate those which are non-compliant with the quality, health and safe standards required by international laws.
Furthermore, our cutting-edge technology has an electronic eye that scans all the almonds up their invisible components. We can analyse each product in our internal laboratories, where a specialized team of professionals carry out tests in partnerships with other laboratories, credited by the international supervisory bodies.

QUALTY CERTIFICATIONS TO RESPECT ANY FOOD CULTURE
To meet the needs of a constantly growing market demand, we have structured our production stages according to the food parameters required by Jewish culture.
Our high quality almonds and our processing stages are compliant with Kosher Parve certification.It is a quality certification issued by a specialized rabbinical Institution that evaluates the compliance of plants and products with Jewish dietary rules.
Besides that, the Kosher Certification also attests the highest standards of food safety carried out in our plants. Being recognized with Kosher certificates means, therefore, being internationally recognized as a factory who processes and supplies high quality almonds and ingredients for food industries. But currently we want to go an extra mile, so that we are committed to obtaining the HALAL certification, that is the most important document attesting food-safety compliance in the Islamic market.
